P59P believes that Leadership Development is the key to rescuing America. We have a hands on, systematic training for our leaders that works at each persons pace. We are seeking Leaders who can:
- Shepherd a cell-group of 12-20 (training provided)
- Coach 4 others to do the same (this will occur over time, not all at once)
- Agree fully with our beliefs
- Agree with our vision to Introduce the World to Jesus
Each Cell-Group starts 4 new small groups out of their group and each of these reproduce the same way. (4×4)
All training materials are provided as well as training at no cost. Our goal as a leader is to help improve the world we live in one small group at a time.
